During the first weekend on Saturday, May 22nd, Jubilee CityFest will host the annual CityFest Run (8k and 2 mile fun run), and two new events - the Front Porch Fair at Old Alabama Town and the Jubilee BrewFest.
During Memorial Day weekend, family favorites such as KidFest and ArtFest will be held at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center. Extreme FunFest will be located in the parking lot on the corner of Tallapoosa Street and Commerce Street. The ever popular Montgomery Symphony Orchestra’s concert, the first ever Fishin’ Chix freshwater fishing tournament along with the Frog Flingin’ and a Kamikaze Karaoke Contest will be held Saturday at the Riverwalk Amphitheater. Afternoon and evening music entertainment will be provided each night at the Amphitheater and under the Trainshed, along with fireworks following the Biscuits Game. Throughout the week and weekend, River Regions business will be partnering with Jubilee CityFest to offer special discounts to Jubilee CityFest patrons.
