Jubilee BrewFest

 

 

The 2nd annual Jubilee BrewFest is arriving to the Montgomery riverfront on May 21st, 2011. The exciting event is returning for it's second year to the Montgomery Riverfront Train Shed, and will feature all the exciting elements that made last years event a hit. Sample beer from around the world and enjoy the best of Montgomery food to satisfy your appetite.

 

Food vendors will be on site to provide reasonably priced food from $3.00 - $6.00.

 

Tickets are $25.00 plus 10% tax, but they go up to $30.00 plus tax the day of the event. Purchase tickets starting April 18th here on the website or by visiting Maxwell Itt, or the Montgomery Visitors Center.

There will be live music by two different band to listen to while you enjoy the beer and food sampling.

 

 First up will be:

Christy Faye and the Vibe 

 

The trio performs a good mix of classic songs by artists such as the Eagles and Tom Petty, 90's music which includes Lisa Loeb, Jewel and Melissa Etheridge, all the way to new pop like Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Lady GaGa and The Stays. Whether they are harmonizing a Lady Antebellum tune or playing a laid back Norah Jones song, Christy Faye and The Vibe are sure to bring a stellar performance.  

 

 

 

Next up is The Zigtones

 

The Zigtones were formed in 1980 By Ziggy Luis after being on tour with his band CBS recording artist Four In Legion. He has played in concert and on tour with many artist including Santana,Stevie Ray Vaughn, Johnny Winter,Robin Trower
and many others. The current line up Includes well seasoned musicians Joe Thomas on bass and Ben Hagler on Drums.
